Upholds the Gold Standard. Plenty of equipment including resistance machines, cardio and free weights. The 3 power racks are perfect for compound/ Olympic lifts. Classes and daycare available. Huge facility, great lighting and friendly staff.

Was told a buyout was available after three months now that I’m trying to cancel my contract that , and I repeat was a buyout says I’m stuck til 2022 and now am give a near $1000 bill. Don’t do business with them. Planet fitness offers no commitment at $10 dollars a month cancel anytime. Better to go with them then being tricked out of my money during these trying times. Was given a 1-800 number that did nothing at all and said I could not cancel.

Look it’s a great gym, but shifty business practices. I moved to a nearby town, not too far away I’ll admit, but that combined with the gym requiring masks my wife and I found ourselves not using the gym as often. When we signed up for a membership we were not wanting to sign a contract, we wanted to go month to month, but the lady we were talking to assured us that after 3 months there was a $120 cancellation fee, so we signed up. Yes, I know, had we read the fine print we would have known a few things: 1) we weren’t signing up for one year like she told us, instead of was for two years, 2) there was no cancellation fee, once you’re in, you’re in for the whole contract.nTried to explain this to the GM, all he gave me was that I could buy out the contract for one year instead of two, but since it was a “he said she said” scenario he wouldn’t budge on the cancellation fee. I don’t like liars or being cheated, the lady that signed us up seemed nice so I trusted her. Do not trust these people.

Place is lost in the 1980s. Still a 2 year contract and twice as much as any local gym. YMCA is only comparable price and they don’t do contracts. Old school gym hustle. Bonus: they shut the doors (like they did in 1990) and you’re still stuck in a contract with Clemson gym as location, hustle contract. Ancient practice, terminal business.
