Love CFC! They have a wide variety of classes and welcome all fitness levels. I have personally lost 30 pounds since joining a few years ago. The classes are fun and addicting. They have online and outside options during the pandemic as well.

Clemson Fitness Company is not only an amazing place to workout, it’s a lifestyle! The community of encouragement Lauren and Leigh have created is phenomenal! All the instructors are knowledgeable and great! All the different kinds of classes allows all fitness levels chances to reach goals! This is THE fitness boutique!
