Common sense layout with an exceptional view. Well maintained natural trails in the hills provide great exercise for the dogs with creeks at the end. Perfectly located between Seneca and Clemson, in the woods but only minutes from anything you may need. I'll be back!

Great place, great people. Todd is great to work with. Don't forget to grab some of his bbq on Saturday afternoons.

We love Clemson Hills!! The location is perfect, so close to Clemson University and all the local lakes!! And the view is absolutely fantastic!!!! Highly recommended!!!
