The service could be a lot better. I ordered 2eggs over medium, sausage, grits , toast with coffee. First off my coffee was lukewarm ok no biggie kind of unusual for Waffle House but things happen. My meal was served to me in stages. First I was given my eggs with hash browns and toast was told my sausage would be ready in a minute turns out that turned into almost 10 minutes and still no grits after 5 more minutes the rest of my food was cold by then I had to leave offered to pay for my coffee and had not taken a bite of my incomplete meal so was not paying for it.will not return to that location again.
The Waffle House is my favorite place.nI stop at one on every trip I take. This day was a work day and was to early so coffee and food it was. Very clean, chatty and nice. Keep up the great work.
I had a wonderful time at Waffle House. Our servers name was ML and she was so nice and took care of us very well. I was very impressed with how she was able to take our order quickly and relay it to the cooks. Everything came out just the way I wanted and I believe it is all thanks to her. ML deserves a raise for her fantastic customer service.
