Tiny, cute little restaurant with a drive through window. Their dining room is closed due to COVID, but the drive through is doing amazing work. The country fried steak was fantastic and the portions generous. They have staff walking along the drive through orders go speed things up, and overall the process sent very smoothly.
As someone visiting from out of town, I must say I LOVED all of the food that I ordered! Yes we had to wait in a long line, but that’s just proof that the food is good! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who comes through Walhalla!
An breed of restaurants that is slowly dying unfortunately. Have great diner food with great prices and some of the best customer service; especially being made up of mostly high school kids.

The cheeseburgers are still the best ever. And the milkshakes are to dye for. When i started driving i come to bantum chef it wa s what i worked for all week. A treat.!!! It was too.
