Had high expectations of this place based on reviews and recommendations, but it was below average in comparison to any meat and three I've been to. Chicken breast was dry, mac and cheese was actually watery, and green beans had little seasoning. Roll was good and hot. Price was around $13.00 including drink. Quite overpriced for the items received. On a positive note, staff was very friendly and accommodating.
I am a little confused, it's name insinuates the server steaks. The meat choices were Fried Chicken or Pork Chop. With that said I had the chicken, green beans and field peas. All the food was good and apparently we were not the only ones that thought so. There was a line but it moves quickly.
I know this is called the Steak House, but their fried chicken is, as they say, to die for!!! Also, don't turn your nose up at the spinach casserole, it is extremely good too. They give such large amounts of food that you are going to be hurting from eating so much! We really enjoyed ourselves here.

Very good food. Service was excellent and with a smile even though we showed up 15 mins before closing. We are very appreciative of their hospitality. When in the area, we will make it our stopping place to eat.
