Just went through drive through, worse service I ever had at any McDonald's. I ordered a combo. When I got to pickup window, I was given sandwich and drink. I asked about the fries. She said I did not order a combo. I did not get a receipt at the pay window, bad mistake. I was told the only way to get fries was to go inside and pay for them. McDonald's has always had great customer service. Guess that is no longer a priority.
I like McDonalds.. Every one loves McDonald's!!!
They forget what you ordered have the time, we can't go inside to order, and the lines are long
I used the app to order for the first time. Transaction was smooth. However, one thing was supposed to be customized and it wasn't. It was during lunch, so very busy.
Cold big mac, stale bread, room temp fries, even after we requested fresh food and that we'd wait on the fresh food. Called and talked to the manager, told the her the situation acted like she didn't care. HAVE SOME PRIDE PEOPLE!
