We have a small manufactured home near Amboy, WA. Superior Exterior Systems resided it with HardiePlank almost 3 years ago. Not a big job for them, but we were treated like we were their most important customer.nMost jobs look awesome when they are new, but three years later, our siding is still in perfect shape. That is primarily because Chad and Michelle and their crews are so focused on quality and doing the job right the first time.nWe had lots of questions and we appreciated their attention and timely responses. We are very detail-oriented, and were pleased to discover they were as well. No item was too small to address. They cleaned up well each day. They stuck to their schedule and didn't pull off our job to do another.nWe are now about to sell our home and the beautiful siding is a definite selling point! If you want quality workmanship and a job that will last, Superior Exterior Systems is your best choice!
We had several other quotes after having a flyer on our door from another company. We chose Superior Exterior Systems after meeting with Chad. He was patient, understanding and gave us options for our siding, roof and windows without pressuring us or making us feel uncomfortable at any time. The customer service couldn't have been better and we absolutely love our home now. The crew was very good about keeping everything clean throughout the project. Could not be more pleased.
I was very impressed with Superior Exteriors. They had the most reasonable pricing, and I never felt like I got less of a product or service because of it. They were very thorough, and always checking in to be sure things were going as planned, or to answer questions throughout the process. I would easily call this company first next time I have a project.
I highly recommend Superior Exterior Systems and Bill. We used Superior Exteriors to conduct an assessment of the siding on our home which was built in 1988. Bill was open and honest and told us he did not see anything that should concern us. I suspect most companies would have been looking to make a quick dollar, but Bill even took the time to point out the quality of the original workmanship and why he felt there were no issues. Openness and Honesty in todays business environment is not often seen, but Bill and Superior Exteriors exemplify these characteristics. if you are looking for an deal, then I would go with Superior Exterior.
I needed my roof replaced so I called 4 companies to get bids. 2 didn't even show up. Superior came in about $1500 less than the other company. Job was completed in the time frame the told me. Super nice crew. They cleaned up there mess and I was very happy with there work.
