Uncaring and unfriendly, this man charged me an outrageous price that was recorded as an hour when the conversation only lasted for about 36 mins. I tried to work with him and find something that would work for us but he absolutely refused to listen to me. Instead he continued to charge me and made no effort to work with me in any way. Very poor communication and showed no respect.
