First time we ordered from them we ordered delivery and an hour passed by and we haven’t received anything. We called to check on the order and they tell us they don’t deliver to our area! A whole hour after our order was placed they tell us this!! And this is because I called them to check on it and they said if we still wanted it we had to go pick it up only gave us a 10% discount!!!nnAnother time we ordered which was today I placed the order at 7:27 my husband gets there to pick it up at 8:11 and it’s not ready they said they ran out of hand tossed so if we wanted another crust they had to make it. Again they never called me they tell my husband this when he gets there 40 minutes after! The best they can do is $5 off! We got our money back and canceled the order! This is beyond ridiculous! Worst Pizza Hut EVER

I made a pickup (curb side) order of the Detroit style pizza and it was delicious. The curbside option was a little disorganised and I ended up having to call them to get the pizza out, but they were friendly. However, I wanted pepperoni on my pizza and indicated it on the app and they forgot it. No big deal though. Highly recommend the Detroit style pizza!

Ordered a pizza for my kids and I at 7:25. We are staying at a nearby hotel. When I talked to the lady, I gave her address for delivery. She said it was gonna be an addition $4 and some change. At 8:25, our pizza had yet to be delivered. I called and they claimed they tried to call me to let me know I was outside of their delivery area. I never received a call, they estimate I won’t have my refund for 24-48 hours and my kids are hungry. I wouldn’t recommend this Pizza Hut to ANYONE. Unacceptable. Period.

Worst place in ridgeland to order food from waited over an hours no food then they call us stating they can’t fulfill our order cause they dont have the product and only one driver. Every time my wife orders she always have an issue like this.
