Needs to enable their Order Ahead Option for mobile ordering. Would save time and there’s no reason to stand in line when they can just have people come in and get drinks and be out. Quick and simple. This recent trend with Starbucks to not allow order ahead via their app is complete bs.
Employees are good about safety protocols. Drinks are usually ready pretty quick. I wish the online order ahead app had a better tipping function :/
This location was pretty dirty during our visit and the person taking orders was literally yelling at patrons to move down the line. The drinks were right and our baristas were doing their best to keep up on a busy Saturday. I'd imagine this was just an off day for the crew at this location and normally things are a bit better.
The customer service was fantastic. The two ladies deserve an immediate pay raise.
Had the absolute best baristas today!! Since vacation calories don’t count, I finally decided to try the tiktok iced white chocolate mocha yadda yadda. I was a little nervous to order it, but the girl that took the order was great, the girls that made it were awesome and they just had the best most positive vibe even though it was super busy! And the drink was perfection! So shout out to them! (I drank a good bit before remembering to take a pic!)
