Food was good but we waited at the window for 20 minutes, there was no vehicles in line when we got there.nThe young lady at the window seemed like we were bothering her with two chalupa meals. I could maybe understand the wait if we were feeding a Bus full of people but come on, it was two meals. Second time I have been to this location, both times left disappointed. Will not be back.

Guy mistook our extra beef burritos for normal beef, then when confronted about it he was incredibly nice and helped us out and let us keep the original burritos as well. If they ever mess up (which is rare) they will make it right

I've ordered there 3 or 4 times since they opened & the service was great, fast & friendly. My family is very picky, we order a lot at one time with none of this, add that & extra this lol. They are one of very few restaurants that actually got the orders right.nPeople wanting to work is very hard to find these days & even with a small staff they done a great Job!

I have lunch with my friends every Wednesday and every Wednesday I pick up Taco Bell except for the last 3 weeks, not that I haven’t tried, 3 weeks ago their system was down, 2 weeks ago the employees didn’t show up and today their system is down again... I don’t know how to get in touch with the main office or I would. I don’t want them to shut down this Taco Bell because they think it’s not making money.. it would be making money if their crazy system wouldn’t shut down all the time.. fire the company that runs that system and get a new one!!! Please.. I Love Taco Bell (although their hard shell tacos could be a little fuller)
