Had an appointment for 11:30 am and arrived at 11:25. The receptionist asked my for personal identification (why?), directed me to have a seat and notified Ms Hall that i was there. After 15 minutes of waiting the receptionist went to see what was keeping Ms Hall. She returned and apologized to me for the wait and said it would be a few more minutes. Twenty minutes later I had enough of waiting and told the receptionist I was leaving. She profusely apologized to her credit, but still I never saw Ms Hall the entire 30 minute wait for an appointment that I was on time for. I have never been treated with as much disregard and will never recommend Ms Hall to anyone as she does not have enough respect for prospective clients nor courtesy to even acknowledge their existence.
