Definitely a stop that everybody should make upon your arrival into Charleston. This will give you all the information that you need to have a very useful and efficient visit to Charleston, especially if you have limited time in the citynnI highly also recommend one of the bus tours. It gives you a huge amount of information in a 90-minute period of time (their many different tours to select from and they have a kiosk board with active times listed). I would do this on your first day of arrival that way you can be most productive.

The Charleston Visitor Center is a great first-stop in the city to pickup a map, visitor guide, grab a cold beverage, use clean bathrooms, and understand Charleston's history. You will find staff who provide amazing recommendations to have an incredible stay in the Low Country.

Wherever you wants to go in Charleston this is the good place to start. Free shuttle or a guided tour, little bit if history it the restaurants guide. It is all here ..maps and brochures all inviting you to take them and start exploring Charleston.nOnly bad thing..they do not validate you parking ticketud83dude22.

There are clean gender neutral bathrooms. You can park for $1/hr. This is the same price as meters However the bus stop is right there. Also you are a 10 min walk to City Market. Very convenient.
