I love this gym. It's not a one type of workout style gym. I see body builders, lifters, runners and casual all working out together. Jeff is very down to earth and is a real part of the community. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Before covid, the kids room was wonderful and clean and fun for my kids. Everything was clean before, and now its probably the cleanest place in BG other than a medical office. If you want or need help, any of the trainers are great! Cody helped me prep for a figure competition and it was wonderful. Can't say enough about this place.

Horrible service, called them to cancel my membership before covid and they said my card wouldn’t be charged. Card got charged for 3 months over 200 dollars. Manager was rude and hung up on me. Place is small and unclean as well. Don’t recommend at all.
