My children started here back in November of this year. I was skeptical of my kids starting because I've heard bad things about daycares. I put my fear to the side and gave the daycare a chance because one of my family members works there. My family member went on medical leave this month(december) and i was scared to not have her watching over my kids. On Thursday November 30th,2017 i dropped my kids off at 6:20 that morning. My Sons where perfectly normal, healthy etc.. When i went to pick up my children at 5:30 that afternoon, i noticed a huge knot on his head. When i asked what happened to him, no one knew the answer. I never recieved a phone call stating that my son had a head injury. I immediately demanded to see videos, being that it was state law they wouldn't let me review them. I wanted to also know why there wasn't a incident report, no one could answer that question. They reviewed the tapes and claimed they saw nothing. I called the cops to try and make a report but had no success because the tapes were not reviewed by them. I acted a fool because i still didn't know what happened to my son, and i did take him to the emergency room he's fine. My babies do not attend this facility anymore. DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. IT'S NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT.
