Just rude. There is no welcomed greeting when you arrive or place your order. I literally get “Go ahead” upon arrival. I have tried many times and to give the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately it’s consistent. I need to cut my DD habit anyways, the customer service is helping me do that.
This Dunkin use to be on top of it. Unsure what happened over the past 3 -4 months. Did management change? My husband stop by there on his way home from work for a dozen of donuts. They had a good variety but the donuts were so hard. Not even edible It’s like they have been left out for a day or two. I’m hoping the owner sees the decrease in sales do to the lack of quality and customer service offered here. Make some changes. Guess I’ll just take the extra 10 min drive and go to the one near I-20 on Washington. Their quality and service is always on point. Great coffee too. Always the perfect mix.
I love love love D&D but I had. A hundred and they only have twenty's. So I had to go next door to Dollar General and I spent 30$ there. I just spent too much for some munchkins. ud83dude03
Soooooooo very good! The large frozen coffee and turkey sausage, egg, and cheese wrap really hit the spot.
