Had to repeat my order 3 times.
Friendly drive thru order takers
I live in aiken and I had to go to several locations before I was able to finally get my hot caramel mocha. This location said they had to clean the machine but I could still get it. So I waited for them to clean it and oh my goodness it was so worth the wait. These people were so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much. The other McDonald's in my area are bot as friendly and don't want to do the work. Thanks so much you guys. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
They had me pull up for one biscuit and one mc muffin. Completely forget I was there, for over 20 minutes. I stopped 3 different employees delivering other people's food,asking why I hadn't received my food. Still bright the order out wrong.
The truck that was supposed to deliver to this restaurant today didn’t make. Now these guys were running out of certain menu items. The manager was doing a great job of informing us of the situation. People like her are few and far between.
