I wish no stars was an option. I waited a full hour just to attempt to order food, unsuccessful, and was then trapped in the parking lot. After sitting for 15 minutes without being helped I decided to leave to which I was blocked in and unable to move as the drive thru didn't move even an inch for FORTY FIVE MINUTES. This is not the 1st time I've had a terrible experience here but it is definitely the last. People get busy, sure, but make a system where you can at least speak to your customers and acknowledge their existence. Do not take ones order if another has been sitting there longer.

The food is good and it's a clean location so I would recommend it. However, be sure to order on the SONIC APP to save on condiments. For some strange reason this location will charge you for the honey mustard to go with your corndog but the app asks you what condiment you'd like for no extra charges. The guy was extremely rude about it like he enjoys ripping people off that 25 cents per condiment. Doesn't hurt me but what about the single Mom with kids trying to get by. Shouldn't be over charging period. I sincerely hope Sonic corporate reads this or at the very least the Sonic Manager/owner of this location and please emphasize with the employees here about Customer Service as being rude to any customer is unacceptable and if this location is charging per condiment I'd like to recommend to adjust that rule as it's obviously not a corporate policy. Doing that to your community by overcharging is wrong.

Took 3 times to get my hamburger right and carhop made me feel like it was my fault.

The speakers and microphones suck but the staff and food are great the shakes are the best in that area
