Bryan and Crew were amazing! We were on a tight deadline for our closing and they went above and BEYOND to get us to our closing!!! HIGHLY recommend does not state how effectively how much we recommend them for your needs!

Will built custom built ins for us. He always communicated and let us know his status, when he would arrive, etc. he took his time and made sure everything fit and was perfect. We love them!

Shortly before we sold our house, the inspector found some rotten wood in a door frame we'd known nothing about. Rapid Repairs quickly came out to assess the situation and then worked our job into their schedule to replace the rotten wood, and issue the CL-100 clearance letter so we were able to get our house sold by the contract date. I was very impressed by their responsiveness and attention to detail.

I currently rent and Rapid Repairs is who was assigned to an electrical issue we are having in the home. Murphy was our technician. He called to schedule and was very professional on the phone, being very transparent with his schedule to let me know that it would be an extra day before he could make it out. But on the day he was scheduled to be here, he was prompt, polite, knowledgable and efficient. He had to return on the following day to complete the work and he was still prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. If Murphy is any indication of how this company is run, I am very impressed with the service they provide. We have been homeowners for a long time in other parts of the country and have struggled to find a company that operates as well as this company does. I would absolutely call them for service in my home. Ask for Murphy, he's great!

I recently sold my home in the Summerville, SC and had some issues come up during the home inspection and CL-100 inspection. I contacted Rapid Repairs and knew from my first conversation with Bryan I was going to hire them to take care of all of the issues. He was quick to come out to my house to take a look at all of the items (mainly crawlspace issues, but I also had an external door replaced and a few other odd jobs). Bryan took the time to explain to me what needed done and the process required to clear all inspections before closing (didn't assume I should know) and was honest about his pricing and what he could and recommended be done. The work was quickly scheduled, Charles, that came to do the work, was on time every day he said he'd be there, kept me informed, and completed everything he said he'd do each day. I was working with a short time-frame due to the closing date approaching so having someone honest about expectations and timely meant a lot. I can't recommend or praise this business enough!
