My whole experience with this company was positive starting with being able to get a person on the phone to schedule an appointment after 7pm on a Sunday. I was contacted first thing the next morning just as they said I would be. I was very impressed that they politely tried contacting me through multiple lines of communication when it was apparent that my phone was not working correctly instead of moving onto another client. Our tech, Josh, was incredibly polite and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose our issue. He took the time to present pictures of the issues, and explain what was broken and the best way to fix it. He gave us a couple of different options explaining the costs and benefits of each without pressuring us to make a certain decision. He had all the tools needed to make the repair and thoroughly checked to ensure everything was running well before leaving. I was very pleased to have had my ac back in working order in a little over 12 hours of discovering there was a problem.nnMy second experience with this company was just as great as the first. We received the same great professional, friendly service from Lucas and Josh. They did a very thorough job of inspecting our system and explaining their findings. I was very impressed to have been able to have all of the work done on the same day. We were experiencing some air flow problems that we attempted to have corrected so many times with another company that I eventually decided I was just imaging the issue. Thanks to Lucas and Josh those issues have now been resolved!

I have been a customer for three years and cannot say enough great things about this company, their people, and the quality service they provide. From my very first panicked phone call with a plumbing leak to the most recent replacement of my ductwork, this company has done it all and kept my mind at ease knowing it’s done right. The culture that the owners have developed truly sets them apart from any other home repair company. Each and every team member provides the same level of service and are very personable and informative. In one of my more recent projects, Brian Hervey, went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly and timely. He put the quality of work above all else, which was greatly appreciated. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he was also training some newer team members, who again were very personable and hard working! I have also had the pleasure of meeting other members of the team like Derek, who can diagnose and fix a problem in the drop of a hat, and Jason, who takes the time to explain and answer any question thrown his way. I also want to give a shout out to their entire phone/scheduling/text notification process, which is unlike any other company I have dealt with before. The cheery greeting on the phone provided by everyone, gives a great first impression. Then the scheduling team is quick to respond and communicate any changes or updates to the appointment. Lastly their text notification, which includes their picture and a quick bio, makes me feel safe, because I know exactly who to expect at my door. It’s all of these details that make this company the best in Charleston!!

We were impressed with our experience from start to finish. From multiple consultations at our home with their planning team to the installation team, this company demonstrated a high level of expertise and courteous service. Over 3 days, the crew worked in our home to install extensive new equipment but we’d never know based on the extra care to keep our home clean and tidy. The crew spent a good amount of time each day explaining their process and products. It’s obvious that their team is quite knowledgeable. We’d definitely recommend them to any homeowner!

Ben is awesome! I am a first time homeowner in downtown Charleston of a newly remodeled home that was having plumbing issues.
