Been feeling my prescriptions here forever the oldest lady working in here is really rude/direct. People if you hate your job bc you worked here 20 yrs RETIRE!!! nobody cares and we definitely. don't need your negative vibes. Oh and cvs it's hard to sit and wait to fill your prescriptions when you got to listen to 10 min of covid info put that stuff online or let people refill all medications online.

CVS on King Street in Charleston is a great place to go for a drug store and pharmacy that has basic necessities at a good value. I really like the location and convenience of this store as there is not much else like it in the area. The staff here is very helpful when you need assistance with anything and provides an excellent shopping experience.

The experience on yesterday was awful ! My mom came in to get her prescription and Kelsey the woman who was helping us was really rude ! I asked about an RX card for my mom and Kelsey made it seem like it would have been a bother for her to apply the discount to my mom’s prescription! She should not be working with customers if she does not have customer service skills ! It’s very sad that people who are in these professions only come to work to support their lifestyle but not for the customers! If it was not for the customers they would not be in business so everyone that walks through the doors of CVS they should treat with the up most respect !! If this problem occurs again I will take this issue higher ! So sad !!!!!

People are lazy I had an electronic money order to pick up. I didn’t need to use the computer the lady just didn’t wanna help me. Just say that don’t lie in my face saying I can’t pick up money if I done it countless of times without the kiosk. New employees please and stop letting customers talk like they run the place. Which they probably do. Ugh ud83dude44 NEVER returning!

Because of the hurricane, I needed medication. My doctor s office is closed. Well, the pharmacist called DHEC to get authorization and get me enough medication to make it through the storm. Merci! Thank you. The lines might be long at put pharmacy but our pharmacists CARE!!!!
