Honest, reliable, timely, and courteous. The team at American Automotive as fantastic. Brought my truck in with a muffler issue and it was resolved in the same day at an affordable price. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service to match the great work.
Can't say much did not visit this place due to not answering the phone. Reviews seem good so not gonna down them. Maybe just make sure they ain't busy.
I had a flex pipe issue. The staff took great care of me/car same day service! In & out within an hour + car sounds great!
Every time I take my car to them about one thing, it comes back with another problem. This has happened twice, so I feel like they intentionally damage your vehicle so you could come back. Also, the final price of service is always at least $100 more than the estimate given. Z Never again.
I’ve been coming to this shop for the past few years, Bob and his team are the best in the area, they are no nonsense, they find the problem, they fix it fast and they have the best rates in town, I highly recommend anyone who lives in the area to get serviced here
