Angela always takes excellent care of our vehicles and provides honest advice. She is literally the only person I take my car to in town anymore!nnI took my car in for an alignment that wasn’t completed properly at a location closer to me and I knew Angela wouldn’t let me leave without the alignment being perfect. I also asked them to check out a noise I keep hearing on my car.nnBobby, the tech who worked on my car, was kind enough to come out to the lobby and explain that the noise I described was the result of my manual transmission and the habit I recently developed of shifting from 1st into reverse without coming to a full stop. He was very thorough in his explanation and I’m glad that someone as knowledgable as him was working on my car!nnI always recommend Firestone for maintenance, preferably whichever one Angela is at, to people I know because I trust the quality of work, materials, and pricing.

Was recommended here due to simple tire. Dropped off around 830 and they had my jeep until 630 that evening. When I picked up my vehicle, one of the tires had 10 psi difference than the others, I was missing 3 valve stem caps, and the 3 bolts that held my tire onto my tire carrier were missing and replaced with old lug nuts. I drove down the road and stopped to lower tire pressure in the one tire and found 2 of the missing bolts just sitting on the back bumper. I ended up getting back home just to find out that one of my lugs on my tire is missing. I understand that lugs loosen over time, but it shouldn't fall off over the course of a 30 minute drive.

Firestone Complete Auto Care on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is a great place to take your vehicle for a check-up, servicing, or repair. I really like their up front process and their high level of customer service that they offer here. The staff is very accommodating and works hard to make sure that you are taken care of and that you have everything that you need to be on your way.
