This PT location is friendly, professional, and honest. The service didn't take long and the mechanics quickly fixed the issues I had with my car. I was surprised to be in and out so fast.nnDana, the receptionist, is kind and she will happily help with your questions. Fantastic customer service and care! We came to town and rented a car, but noticed it was making an odd noise sometimes - after finally deciding to get it checked out last minute (Saturday afternoon), we called over to Precision, explained the situation, and they told us they’d be able to look at it if we came over. Within ~20 minutes of arriving, we were back on the road again with our problem fixed!nThe mechanic/car tech came out and chatted with us, did a test drive, put it up on the rack and adjusted a couple things that seemed to be causing the problem. Within seconds of being back on the road, it was clear the problem had absolutely been fixed!nnWe are grateful to have been helped so quickly, and highly recommend this place to all those who are unlucky enough to have car troubles!

Great customer service very friendly. Upfront and honest. Car was out in 2 business days really fast considering they had to take a part my engine and replace multiple parts. Highly recommend this company. Hopefully you don't need to but if you do this is the place to go. Hope this helps
