I can’t say enough about Mr Tracy and his services. Customer satisfaction is one of his main priorities. We are 150% satisfied! We will definitely be calling him back for future services as well as refer friends and family! We got the windows tinted, car and headlights polished and waxed. Wow, our 2014 Malibu looks brand new! Our car looks like a totally different car, it’s unreal. So thankful for his services this week as well as for our country. This guy is reliable and trustworthy. He goes above and behind. We called on a Sunday to set up an appointment and he came that same day! He even some how manages to help out veterans and elderly with his busy schedule. If you are considering any of his services, this is your guy.

Mr. Tracey is such a nice man. His attention to detail and respect are values clearly brought from his service with the Marines! He has flexible scheduling and is easy to work with. He provides a quote upfront and his numbers do not change! He brings all of his own supplies. All he needs is an outlet to plug into. We have used his services 3 times now and have been happy with the product every time. Most recently, I made an appointment to have my husband's car tinted as a Valentine's Day gift. Mr. Tracey went above and beyond. He also washed and waxed the outside of the car while he was here. The truck looks better than when we bought it! Now that we know Mr. Tracey details cars, we will definitely be calling him more often! It is clear he treats every individual job like it is the most important. We cannot thank him enough for the job well done, but more importantly, for his service to our country.

Let me start off this review by giving you my background on the service Matt Tracy performed for me. I've lived in Charleston area for over 47 years and have had over 15 vehicles tinted so I feel like I'm qualified to give an honest review on Matt's work. First thing is Matt's stellar customer service which in our current time is almost hard to find. I find great joy that Matt cares about the quality of work that he puts out. It is truly an extension of his great character. The work is only as good as the warranty that is behind it and with Matt he is not completely satisfied until you are! He's mobile tint work can stand up to any Pepsi challenge from any tint shop around. I was a little skeptical of the moblie idea but after seeing the end results I can testify that there is no difference! I know there's no exact science but when you see the consistent excellence reviews given to Matt you know he has the right formula! In a time that you search for the best value for your money look no further then Matt for all your tinting services. One side note that a lot of us think about is having someone visit our home especially in this pandemic you can never be to careful it's just the world we live in. Matt's mindset for the safety of me and my family surpassed all of my expectation and put my mind at ease and knowing Matt's integrity after just meeting with him for a short time I knew I had made the right decision hiring him for the job. Matt did a great job on my new car! Matt is a Marine veteran and works with veterans. Matt came out to our house right on time, was courteous and hard working. He knocked out the job in no time! Tint looks great and it’s really going to reduce the heat in the car. I highly recommend Matt with Tracy Tinting!

Matt Tracy showed up right on time, after actually contacting me because of a cancelation. Which worked out perfectly and even though my car was a mess, He was very understanding. He also cleaned my headlights which was badly needed and they look brand new now. He did an excellent job and I will definitely recommend him to everyone! Matt is also a Marine Core Veteran Vietnam era who actively supports other veterans!
