Very polite & great customer service!! Didn't like that they still have their dining closed. I understand that's a personal preference & I respect their right to it. None the less their golden turmeric was delish & they added more creamer when my mom went back & asked for more. Will visit again soon!!
I have been here twice. First time I got a gingerbread latte I believe, wasn't really my favorite but still very good. The next time I got some sort of frozen mocha, and I kid you not it was one of the best frozen mochas I ever had. I will be going back, and I would love to see them expand and open more locations in the area.
Purchased a coffee this morning and it had no flavor - was supposed to be the Lucky Charm coffee. This is the second time I've visited this store and was disappointed - I'll stay with Burrell & Flynns or Starbucks. On a good note, the staff are very pleasant.
My mom works here so I'm obligated to give it five stars. I jest, it's really good coffee.
Fantastic to have Biggby Coffee in West Ashley. So much better than that other chain coffee house! If you never been, give them a try.
