Absolutely lazy, zero experience, horrible work ethic! Never never never order from here!
26 mins just to order.
The only thing to say about this McDonald's is that they are consistent-consistently awful. Every time I fool myself into thinking, eh maybe this time will be better than every other time I've been, I am proven wrong. I have not been to this McDonald's without waiting at least 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. The wait is spread out between waiting to.be able to order, waiting to pay, and Wait for food. More than half of the time, I've been asked to pull around because it's going to take an extra ten minutes to make fast food. Sometimes you get lucky and the order is right. I'm sitting at the window now at the 20 minute mark, still waiting.... finally got my food, but they forgot the fries, closing in on the 30 minute mark. If you have time and no other options, the suffer it. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.
This is by far the best location!! The employees are very friendly and really leave a lasting impression. They are always upbeat and make you remember what it's like to experience true customer service!! The food is always fresh and delicious too.
Walked over from the hotel about 5 minutes before they closed. Realized that they probably wouldn’t allow us to walk through the drive thru. Walked up to the window and the lady said they were closed. We simply asked for a sweet tea and she gave it to us. Service with a smile!
