We've had our taxes done by John for several years now and never had an issue. He is thorough, professional and very knowledgeable.
Never returned any communication when he said he would. Ignored email requests for months. After an enormous amount of patience on our part John ended up never completing our returns leaving us to seek a new accountant and file late, owing penalties. No apologies, no desire to do the right thing, just an excuse about being out of the office for most of December...not sure how that explains or excuses the lack of professionalism for the previous months when all communication was ignored and work was left incomplete since September.
We love the friendly, we care attitude of the staff. All of our needs are met in a timely manner, and we are always kept aware of our business with them. They even do taxes at an extremely cost worthy rate, that are very accurate. I personally recommend this company for all accounting needs!!!
