I eat here around 2-3 times a month and staff is always friendly and attentive. I would recommend asking if Winston is working and sit in his area. He is hands down the best server they have. He has great attention to detail and he’s very friendly. He will check on you to make sure everything is good and he never makes you feel like you’re a burden. It always feels like a VIP with him. Plus the food is always great! The atmosphere always positive and welcoming. Bad experiences here are very rare so if you have experienced one, please give it another try!

I've never been to a Cracker Barrel and had a bad experience, until tonight. We waited 20 minutes before we were asked for our drink order. 40 minutes after that we still hadn't received our food. The people at the table beside us received raw meat loaf and their biscuits looked like the weren't even put in the oven. After seeing that I paid for our tea and left. Was there a total of an hour, never got our food. Giving them one star was too much. The restaurant was almost empty!

What's not to love? Southern Americana in a charming setting. Great service at this location. Bathrooms are kept clean. My personal favorite area is the clearance section. This location is convenient to the mall where Cinemark is located. Great spot to grab dinner and a movie.

We left church at 11:25, at Aiken Cracker Barrel by 11:30a to be text for seating.nWe were seated, in a good seat by the window by 12:15p. Wait person. Good and try as she might could not get our food to the table. Yet one couple received their meal, they were seated and gone before our meal. At 11:47p I had to leave my wife to get our meal to go because I witnessed 7 bags of food go to curd pick up and still no meal to be seen at my table. 11:30a- 12:47p A lot out of a 69 year old to expect. By the time you get to the house with a carryout, chicken crusts are soggy, biscuits cold and everything else tastes like leftovers. Thanks for a experience in dinning I can get at home.

It was a good family atmosphere. The foods was excellent, we had the sirlion with 3 sides. The steak was cooked to order, and the veggies were also. The meal was visually pleasing and delicious. The wait staff were attentive, courteous, friendly and very professional.
