I’ve never had a bad experience at this Dunkin. The hour drive here is worth it. The ones by my house claim Dunkin no longer makes the jelly filled munchkins, but this one always has them. The ladies at the window are always extremely kind and helpful. They never make you feel rushed or unwanted. This store is doing something right!

My drinks are never made correctly and the service is terrible. I will not go back! This happens over and over. I have complained and have been told this should not happen but it does. If I go to the one on Richland Ave I never have a problem with my drinks and customer service is always good.

I must say , usually I have only good things to say about Dunkin Donuts.nHowever , they currently are selling a donut that has purple frosting.nI tried it.nIt was disgusting. The frosting is sour or bitter if you will. My daughter didn't believe me when I told her about it.nSo she tried a piece of it.nShe actually got sick on it and wound up vomiting.nThe next time I went there, told the receptionist, clerk, if you will about our experience.nI'm not usually one to want freebies but you would have thought that they would have offered one extra donut for the one that made my daughter vomit.

I went there right before work today. I asked for a sausage egg brisket without cheese. When I drove up to the window I heard the lady that took my order making fun of the fact that I asked for no cheese. I get it, asking for no cheese puts you out of your way while making it, but I'm lactose intolerant meaning I'm allergic to dairy. After getting to work I opened my order to find they gave me the wrong sandwich. I love Dunkin and will continue to go there, I just ask you respect people's orders.
