I would happily wait in the drive thru line for these people to help me. This location has been through a lot recently with Covid and staffing issues, and they've handled it like pros. They're always extremely polite and have smiles on their faces. Sometimes I don't know if they'll even be open in the middle of the afternoon, so when they are I'm very happy!
This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Crystal knows exactly how to make my drink every other Starbucks is stingy on the caramel. Thank you crystal!!!

Fast and good service. I got a cookies and cream latte (secret menu), it was delicious.
App says they close at 8pm, when we arrived it wasn't opened. A Kroger employee told me they sometimes close at 6pm. Perhaps make changes to reflect your new hours or is it random?
