Ive been at my location for just over two years, and my office lady is such a joy. We get on so we'll, and I feel very comfortable with pricing and security of my belongings.

This location just had 20 units burglarized on 5/11/20 My unit was broken into. I received a call to come to my unit. The location sold me a new lock(for profit) since my lock had been cut. I asked for video to assist with assessment of theft of my property. Both on-site manager and area manager state “policy is not to provide video” to prevent burglars from gaining info on how securcare manages thefts. This storage location allowed 20 units to be broken into and had no adequate security to prevent it. The management refuses to give me video of the theft to allow me info to assist in my insurance claim. I have never seen a more unethical or lack of effort to run a business in respect of clients in my lifetime.

We do, & have done, a lot of business with these guys-& they are just awesome. Rob is absolutely the best. Dealing with stuff like this can be (usually is) incredibly stressful-yet, Rob always takes the time to be extremely thorough & is beyond helpful. I/we have done a lot business with other storage facilities & this place offers more & has a cleaner, safer facility.nAs a woman, that’s incredibly important to me!nWe always have a choice, yet, there’s a reason we keep returning & bringing them even more of our business.nAlso, very kind owners, & that’s not something you’ll find most places.nWe keep coming back for a reason-nIf you can, ask for Rob-he’s awesome, & is willing to take the time to truly help you with everything, & make sure that you are happy & understand everything.nVery, very impressed.
