I was called to this location to unlock a vehicle of one of the tenants at this storage facility. I talked to the customer prior to being let into the facility. I drove in and parked so that I could be shown where the vehicle was. I got out of my vehicle and was greeted by a woman who worked there, highly upset that I had come through the exit gate. I explained that, went through the gate that the tenant had opened and that I didn't know it wasn't the right gate. She got irate and said if you'd went through the gate she opened, I again explained that I had. She then told me to leave, so u got in my car and drove to leave. When I got to the gate the worker would not open the gate to let me leave and said I was trespassing. I had to call the police to get let out of her facility
