I have had a unit either the previous owners that I cancelled. I have been back about a year and can’t thank Christina enough. Always accommodating within her means and available for issues or move ins after hours. Absolutely fantastic customer service. She cares about the units and keeps the office clean and smelling nice. Any issues are quickly dealt with. Keep up the great work.

I needed a storage unit quickly and wasn’t sure what size or where. Christina was so helpful, suggesting the perfect size and location. She explained everything and was able to get me set up over the phone with exactly what I needed. Moving is stressful enough-use Shadow Mountain Storage to help take some of the pressure off.

This facility is clean and well maintained, in a great location. The staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. The property manager, Christina, is always available and happy to help!
