Best owner and customer service!
I had a great experience with this place. There were convenient and I LOVE the level of security they had for their storage units.
Clean and secure storage. This facility has units large enough to store my class A motor home inside.
Unit was broken into after only one month of being there. Was not contacted that unit had been broken into. I went to get something out of the unit, and the keys I was given didn't work . I then discovered a broken lock on the ground. I called and the owner said people were breaking into units...so they put a new lock on BUT NEVER CONTACTED ME to tell me my unit had been broken in to. Then I was told that there are no cameras watching the unit I had?!? Irreplaceable items were stolen. Owner was not concerned at all. DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!
