Very easy to set up a storage unit rental online. The facility is very well kept & clean. I went into the office to cancel my unit. The process was very quick & the lady in office is very nice. Will definitely use Woodlands Self Storage again if I ever have a need.
Haven’t been here long but it’s been painless so far. The young gentleman in the office ran to open the door for me which was appreciated. Building looked clean and covered loading is a big plus. Highly recommend!
We didn't even know this storage facility existed until we saw the red color changes to the building and the electronic reader board. We love the covered loading area and the fact that this storage property is climate controlled. The two managers in the office were very nice and made our move-in experience quick and easy. My husband and I highly recommend Woodlands Self Storage.
This storage is not like any other storage we've stored at before. We move here from Public storage because the staff was unbearable but this place out does them all. The facility manager Kelly has been great! She has made the transition easy, all while making us feel like family. Glad to have someone like her to deal with.
The location is great, lots of remodeling that has happened but the place looks great. New management has come in and cleaned things up, hallways are now well lit and the office manager is a beauty. She has made this process painless and worry free. I will be keeping my belongings here and referring my golf buddies. :)
