Shelby and Shelton both were very informative. Answered all my questions and showed me my options as far as sizes and units available. They seemed to be very knowledgeable. Shelby was just a ray of sunshine there’s a lot of pep in her voice and she seems good at her job and has awesome customer service skills she seems like she’s always happy and in a good mood. Shelton is a little quite but he helped her answer questions I had. he’s very soft spoken but very informative. He asked what I’d be storing and showed me the perfect sized unit.nWhen I was there she was dealing with an unruly customer they were being just god awful to her cussing her and just hateful and rude to her and she handled it very well because honestly I would not have taken that I would of told them to leave, but she took it and then fixed the issue and she greeted me when I came in and said I’ll be with you in just a moment. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times. Would give 10 stars if I could

Good storage place clean I feel safe but my storage unit isn't as big as they said it was

Very clean! Office smelled like she was baking goodies which made me hungry. Being new in town she gave me some recommendations on restaurants around that are pretty good and advice on ones not recommended to eat at. Unit was clean, manager was very informative of the size unit I would need just based off what I told him I was storing which is pretty amazing! My unit was literally perfect. It wasn’t too big or too small! Everything fit nice and neat.nHe is a little soft spoken but I was still able to understand everything. The woman finished up my rental and you could definitely tell she had done gone over the leases thoroughly she was able to read everything to me without even looking at the paperwork and got everything spot on word for word. She explained the security system, the gate hours, how my code would work and explained that I needed to put in my code Every time I leave and enter the property. I would of thought they had worked here for years! I asked her how long she was with the company and she told me only a year so far but I would of thought at least 3-4 years. Everything was so easy and painless. She even cracked some jokes about signing my life away that I thought were really funny then asked if the signing process was too painful. That made me laugh to. Good sense of humor, sweet, kind, and very knowledgeable of the storage business. They honestly are so sweet they even offered me a drink while I wait. This is one of the best storages I’ve ever been to! They actually seemed happy to help me and have my business. I will recommend this location to all my family and friends! Wish I could give you all the stars in the world!

Great prices, friendly staff but roof definitely needs a lot of repairnMany leaks that have flooded my unit twice now and still waiting to be fixednnWe have informed the staff and was told no more units available in the same size. There are larger but I dont feel we should pay more because our roof leaks and are going to be forced to move or stuff.

This was my first time dealing with a storage unit facility and I couldn't be happier with it. Shelby provided fantastic communication and customer service. Our unit was as described and bill pay was simple and straight forward. If we ever had a concern it was voiced to Shelby and she took care of it accordingly. I felt like my belongings were safe at this unit. I would definitely recommend this location for your storage needs.
