We stopped to use the restroom in the attached gas station. My boyfriend smelled good barbecue and decided it was time to eat. He did not make a mistake. The food was absolutely delicious, especially for an unexpected gas station stop, and almost all of it was made from scratch. The staff was fun and friendly, and the pit master was on site to discuss the food. I will say that the bread pudding was not the best I've ever had, but it was tasty non the less.
I remember the old days of the 1st Rubicon. It has changed but I count it as an upgrade. Use to be more food for the bucks but hey the taste compensates for what's missing. GREAT SALAD N FOOD....Thanks
The smoked baked potatoes are very unique. Very good food. However, they only have outdoor dining, so this is really primarily a carry out place
Food is always awesome. Unfortunately it’s hard to find good food for lunch in this particular area. Fortunately Rubicon is spot on every time .
I have loved this place since I was a little girl and will continue to love and support them! Always amazing food, service and place. The desserts by Gail are incredible.
