It's scary trying to find an attorney without a referral, so I was a little apprehensive, but Daniel's website said that he specialized in bad faith insurance claims and I wanted someone who had experience.nAt our initial meeting, he was upfront with the process and timeline of these types of cases, so I was expecting that it could drag out for a couple years or longer. I mean, it took my insurance a year to deny my claim, so I wasn't expecting to get it resolved quicker than that, but believe it or not, he was able to bring it to settlement within a year. That in itself is amazing.nAnd I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! Life changing. I was truly floored.nDaniel is definitely someone you want in your corner.nThe way he facilitated everything and bringing the right people on to help shows how hard he will fight. When I first came across Daniels website it’s was on Saturday evening called that same evening which was very impressive! He and Rachel have kept me up to speed with what was going on with my case. There was never a moment where I was left wondering! I would definitely recommend them!
