Barre3 Tulsa offers exceptional workouts with certified instructors. The variation of postures and musicality makes each workout a great opportunity to be empowered by connection of mind and body! Access to livestream at a variety of times brings me accountability and a sense of connection with members in studio.

I absolutely love this place! Not only is the workout amazing but the girls are truly phenomenal. The encouragement they give me throughout the class is so inspiring and I see myself improving every time! I love that each class is different and each instructor has a different twist in how they teach, every single one is INCREDIBLE! I love the Barre 3 team♥ufe0f

Great instructor and welcoming environment. During workout they provided alternative movements depending on how experienced you are at Barre. Will definitely go again!

I love the personalized attention I get from the friendly staff and instructors. The attention to the breath and positive attitude is something I benefit from throughout my day. I also get a great overall workout which has helped me with my posture and back/hip pain. I love it!

It’s been awhile since I wrote my last review. Decided to update my review since I started working out here regularly again last October.nnStill a 5 star review! Still a great workout. Lots of modifications available for every move to accommodate people with various injuries (hips, knees, shoulders, backs,etc.) and pregnancy. Next month, I’m dropping my personal trainer and just doing the unlimited membership. I get lots of personalized attention from the instructors and think this will be a good substitute.nnI love the family vibe. Everyone recognizes me and knows my name! This is pretty amazing since I’m pretty introverted and prefer to melt into the background. I feel so comfortable with the employees, instructors, and other barre 3 members.
