It's nothing fancy but it has plenty of equipment. It's a good value and better than having to set up something at home.
Love this gym when I lived in Tulsa Oklahoma Tally owns it and I love his shop best to it thier drink it takes 2 to mango is my favorite drink of all time
First time training there today. Great feel kinda old school nothing fancy. Solid equipment. I'll be back
Time to replace all the cardio machines. They make a ton of noise and the elliptical and row machine are not any better. Forget about having a heart rate monitor they have disabled them on all machines. Loved this place a few years ago but unfortunately they are not replacing old equipment with new equipment. They are just milking every last cent they can out of these old machines.
Old school gym. Pretty decent just needs to fix the water dispenser for cold water
