The Saint Francis Health Zone is the premiere workout facility in the Tulsa area. The Facility is equipped with an extensive array of exercise Machines, Exercise Equipment and Weightlifting Equipment.nnThe Staff is extremely Friendly, Professional and Helpful in directing Members on the proper use of the various Exercise Equipment.nnI would give this Facility 10 stars if I could.

Not very family friendly. Lots of retired people who complain about kids. The bright spot is the friendly staff and how clean the gym is.

The staff at HealthZone is very helpful and always cheerful. They have an outstanding group working there. My daughter participates in swim lessons and LOVES her instructor. We have had a wonderful experience at HealthZone. I highly recommend!

They keep the equipment and locker rooms in great shape. Always clean. Always plenty of exercise machine available even when parking lot is pretty full. Have a small cafe and ATM in lobby for added convenience. Kid friendly. Wife likes the various classes a lot. Decent hours although I wish they were open earlier on Sunday.

Work out 5 days a week here. Been going for almost 2 years now. Plenty of options, friendly staff. Talk to Kim, Katelynn, or Doug.
