Quintin came to my house to help me out with some electrical repairs. Before he arrived Mr. Electric sent me a text to let me know who was coming by including a photo of the electrician so I would know exactly who was at my door. I really appreciated that! Quintin was very nice and profesional, explained everything that need to be done and outlined the cost. He was helpful with any questions I had. 10/10 would use them again.

Quentin did a great job repairing my ceiling fan. He was polite and efficient. Definitely use Mr. Electric again. MS

I have been replacing my outlets and somehow shorted out all upstairs outlets. Mr. Electric was able to send someone out within an hour. My electrician was Jeremy, he did a great job, found the problem quickly and instructed me on how to avoid it in the future as I continue my remodel.nnHe was very nice, informed, and quick. He was very gracious and took a moment to answer some unrelated electrical questions as well.nnI would definitely recommend them. How the company addressed their negative reviews was my deciding factor on calling them, it was complete professionalism. I really appreciated their policy of sending a photo of the electrician coming to my home in advance.

I had a bad experience with some guys that were referred to me by friends and ended up spending a lot more than if I would have called them originally! My sister laughs at me because she says “you get what you pay for! In other words, you shouldn’t cut corners on something so important. Mr. Electric came and corrected all the issues and apparently if I hadn’t called them, it’s possible I could have been filing an insurance claim for a burned down house! (Which I know is true because the breaker box caught fire a couple times but we were able to make sure it didn’t do anymore damage). I’ve used them 2 or 3 times in the last 6 months and have never had a bad experience with them. They are Very Professional and did an awesome job. I would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of electrical work because I know that they do a great job and will do what it takes to make sure everything is satisfactory!

We had been without hot water during this a pandemic for a few weeks. No one was able to make it out for repairs due to the holidays. After New Years I found Mr. Electric. When they found out we had no hot water, they got here a.s.a.p. and were able to not only save me money on a plumber but they were fast and now our hot water tank works even better than it did when it was new in 2019!nI will use them to replace our panel box this or next spring. It has been needed for some time and would give me peace of mind but now thanks to Mr Elec. I can finally afford it now too!nThank you so much!nB7
