This was my very first car purchased and I am very pleased with the services I received! Bolt was very helpful, personable, and professional! I appreciated his consistent help during the whole process of car buying. He was even willing to hold the vehicle for me until I got my finances figured out. We recently bought a certified used Jetta for our 19 year old son from Don Thornton with Sher Gray as our sales consultant. She was great to work with and very accommodating! We had just started the looking process and were not quite ready to finalize the deal, but she gave us the time we needed without pressure to feel very good about our purchase. Once we decided that was the car we wanted, she made the entire process very smooth and simple. The buying experience was fine, mostly because I already knew exactly what I wanted. If you need any follow up help don’t expect it. I have had questions and have left multiple messages for the finance department with no call back and it’s been two weeks, now I have to go back to the dealership. That would be my only complaint. If there was another dealership choice I would have shopped around and did more research for better customer service.
Outstanding service, very helpful. They truly went above and beyond. My salesperson Cher and her sales manager found exactly what we were wanting. Truly a great experience buying a car.
