Quiet, clean and a good value for RV park. Bathrooms and showers are basic but clean. Nice neighborhood location. WIFI works.

Took over a week to get a reply from them. FYI they do not accept kids of any ages. Said people don’t watch them enough and it’s dangerous bc of location. Also said no pets due to no one picking up poo. Went by and looked at it while waiting for a reply and there’s stationary campers that look like they could fall apart any day. No WiFi no cable. Look elsewhere lol

We spent our winter here. Very beautiful place to stay. Great owner's, we had no problems and People are extremely nice .

I love it here. Both the guy and his wife Cindy are very nice and friendly and helpful. Very quiet and clean.

There is bed bugs everywhere in the bathroom and a lot of the tennants
