Wasn't real impressed with the service tonight. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and told I'll be right with you then a guy walked up to the counter and said hed been waiting for awhile and was his order ready yet so the guy stopped to get the other guys order then another guy got behind him and was also helped before I could pick my order up. I called it in so I wouldn't have to wait for 15 minutes but had to anyway. The food was fine the service not so much.

Firstly the store and staff were very presentable and clean looking. Secondly I have not been to this KFC in many years nor will I be returning for many more years. The gravy lets start there taste like trash water literally. It was thin and 100% taste like water from a trash can with a KFC gravy packet added. The chicken was definitely not remotely fresh and was either super dry from the heat or soaked in grease from the bottom. The mac and cheese somehow was more like school cafeteria mac and cheese. No thats not fair to schools. I'm not writing a review I'm writing a warning do not waste your money here its better served elsewhere.

1. The lady didn't let us finish our order at the speakern2. The order was wrong... missing sandwich, wrong drink sizen3. One chicken leg was so burnt you couldn't tear the meat off and it was inedible.. like it had been left through 2 fry cycles.n4. The lady at the speaker could work on customer service and not rush every customer and act as if you're an inconvenience..nnWe won't be back to this location for sure.

One of the cleaner KFC's Ive been to. Typical KFC menu and taste. 5 stars for the cleanliness and recents remodel.
