I have been banking with the bank NA for about 4 years now, in a global pandemic crisis where people are not working, barely pay the bills and the government bail out system has not kicked in yet you would think they would waive a $100 loan payment but as I check my bank account this morning they took their money what a bank.. Leaving me with a $100 less for groceries sanitizer and/or supplies that I need for my family I appreciate everything you do for US Bank NA
My husband and I absolutely love the friendly workers and the convenience of being able to use the Walmart location when we go shopping..STOP IN AND JOIN THE BANK N.A I promise you wont regret !!
The banking is ok. The biggest reason I have them is because they are open after everyone else is closed and they are open on sundays at the Walmart branch. I try and avoid them 100% when I comes to loans their rates are ridiculous high compared to most banks in the area and you can just go to first famliy and beat their rates all day everyday. They have a couple good loan offers but their rates are ridiculous. I only use them banking because of hours.
Long gone are the great people like Sue Sprague and Bill Edwards It is a rush off the phone. My Dad had an account for 40 years before he passed.
