If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. When I got to the place to get my vehicle not only do they not have my reservation but they don't don't have a vehicle for me. After calling and arguing with Hertz (or should I say getting lied to and hung up on) the lady handling the counter offered me another vehicle (after two hours of waiting and arguing with Hertz to no avail). However I was required to pay a deposit even with using a credit card as a gold plus rewards member. Hertz informed us that it was the locations screw up while the location stated the opposite. Hertz does not care about their customers and will not make anything right going so far as to tell my wife that they are not going to waste her time on the phone when she finally got ahold of a supervisor who subsequently hung up on her.
I needed to rent a car with no notice and they were the only place open and serving customers.nCheck-in / Check-out was very fast and the staff was friendly and service orientated. I would recommend them and would personally use them again.
