I was a customer of the previous owner of this storage facility and I was a little shocked when it changed ownership without any notice. I had a lot of trouble getting a hold of someone, but finally I was able to speak with Dylan, the manager here. Dylan gave me all of the details I wanted and is working with me to communicate around my different hours (since I live in a different part of the world currently). As a result, I have had a lot more peace of mind regarding the security of my possessions.
An amazing and clean place, the customer service here is excellent. Cathy was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I asked.
This place was very nice and the girl who helped me was very patient and helpful. Good job guys!
The area was clean and in obstructed with easy access. Rita was friendly and professional at all times and pleasant to work with. My reason for moving out was due to cost. Price was increased several times until it was priced out of what I was willing to continue to pay. I was told it was due to low occupancy which does not draw in new customers but send them elsewhere.
Dylan and Kathy were very hospitable and thorough. Thank you for being pacient and answerring all my 500 questions. Very pleased with my decision in storage.
